I was looking out options for summer program in the USA and came across the Fordham Summer Institute Program. I think it is a wonderful program but am a little concerned about the cost factor. It costs $3400 (with double occupancy housing) and was wondering:

1. Is it really worth the cost? Are all the summer programs in the same price range?

2. Is doing a summer program advisable and beneficial to one's career in USA or at home country?

3. Could you suggest some other good summer programs?

I´ve been searching for Summer programs for a while and Fordham´s was the cheapest I´ve found so far. I´m not sure about the other questions.
When I was in the US I took 3 credits in a Technical College, it was a business law course on an accelerated method in the summer, it was great for learning and it costed me much less than 3,200. I sure do hope it will help me out when looking for a job or applying for a LLM in the future, but I have a feeling that a summer program like Fordham´s will be more helpful.
