Anyone else, besides me, attending the summer institute in Switzerland?? I was offered admission by Duke but I gave out my spot today. The program is also to other admitted students of other universities in the US. It sounds interesting and fun, so I will definetely by there!

Si me voy a quedar en el Hotel...yo quiero llegar el mero junio 28, que es domingo...la coordinadora del viaje me dijo que las habitaciones van a estar disponibles despues del medio día del domingo asi que pienso llegar como a eso de las 3pm.

No he tenido ningun comentario de alumnos pero suena muy interesante el curso, sobre todo para que tengamos una breve introduccion a la forma en como se imparten las clases en USA.

Buenisimo! Yo tengo planeado llegar el 26 de junio, para hacer un poco de aclimatación! Sondear un poco el lugar! jaja Cuando empieza tu LL.M. en northwestern? El mio empieza el 17 de agosto en HLS, asi que estoy considerando quedarme en europa hasta el 15 de agosto más o menos. Yo me inscribi a los cursos de Intro to american law, international taxation y Trade and environment. Vos?

Excelente opción llegar un poco antes. Mi LL.M. en Northwestern empieza el 21 de Agosto...yo si me regreso a Mexico despues, pero me regreseria hasta el 1ero de Agosto, tambien planeo hacer un turisteo un poco despues del curso. Oye, tu vas a presentar los examenes finales? Segun yo, los examenes solo los presentas si buscas un "academic credit" para tu universidad o si eres de Duke.
Yo me inscribi tambien a los mismos cursos que tu. La cuarta opcion, por si no hay uno de esos fue al de international crimminal law.

No tengo idea si voy a tomar los examenes finales! Creo que voy a preguntarle a la Sra. Jacobs respecto a este tema. Sería interesante tomar los examenes para experimentar un poquito. Yo planeo hacer un poco de turismo durante y despues del curso!
