¿Any news anyone? This has been quiet lately...

Hi, I got admitted to CLS 2010 through the early review.

Have so far gotten one email notification of admittance, one mail package containing brochures and a manual, another mail package containing a congratz letter from Dean Schizer with a brochure about CLS history :150 years.

But, have not received notification on my scholarship application, nor my deadline date for the $500 deposit.

Was wondering, did those who received a 10 March deposit deadline apply for scholarship/funds?

I've received an offer from Columbia around 20 Jan 09. My friends from both early and regular cyble (who also have received an offer) do not apply for scholarship and we all have 10 March deadline for the $500 deposit.

BUG, I dont mind at all. I'm from South East Asia and I think I submitted my application around 7 Dec 08.

Is it true that many admitted students in CLS have a deadline of march 10?

Any deferred accepted so far?

With fingers crossed. To those already admitted, why CLS asks a deposit to be submitted by March 10? Is it too early?

I believe they are trying to calculate how many spaces will be left after this to issue a second hand of regular admissions.

Have any of the early and regular admitted students received scholarships or grants?

Yes... that's what I was thinking... maybe we are in an unofficial waiting list...
I don't think they released all the acceptances, but I do feel they are trying to know the current offer/acceptance rate.
