Hi guys

I understand the frustation of people who have not heard any news from Stanford. I got waitlisted in Harvard and decided to pull out because I know the wait will be agonizing (plus i realize I like Stanford better anyway).

Deadline to accept Stanford offer is 15 April so I guess most people will know by then. Stanford sent out offer letter physically by mail, unlike many other law schools who send these out by e-mail as well. So I assume they are not able to tell how many people will accept their offer at the moment.

Hang in there!

I have informed them :) Also, I have declined offers from other schools that I applied to as well. It's the right thing to do.

What you mean by this? They do not email offers? I think first email of offer is sent and then postal letter?

(I have not applied to SLS but just surprised)

@imnc Stanford notified your acceptance by e-mail, but the offer letters are sent to candidates by mail (Fedex) in a packet (along with marketing brochures, etc).

In other law schools, scanned copies of offer letters are also emailed.
