Hi to everyone!
I am going to sit for Bar Exam too.
I just got a letter from the housing dept., It seems like Hillcrest Manor is full for year 2008-2009, but there are some apts in Hawk and Martin Hall still available. You guys may have a try!
Looking forward to meeting all of you.

Hey ! admitted SMU students
I just visited SMU last week. The campus is nice, but
Dallas is so busy. I think SMU is a good place for studying.
To everyone who have decided to live off campus, I recommend you to live in the Village. It is a good choice; however, if you do not want to drive a car, you should find an apartment that is located on Mustang bus's route. The bus take about 15-20 minutes from the Village to SMU.
Hope to see you soon

Hi! principessa555
I'm Pong. If you really want to live in the Village, The Green in the Village is a great one. Actually, I've decided to live there. Moreover, it is located on the Mustang's route.
Hope this might help.

Hi, principessa555! Very nice to meet you.
I am from China. Don't know there is any prep in SMU.
It seems like the Village is a good choice, I will reconsider that. Thanks a lot to pari for sharing the information.

I did. If you didn't, I think it's better to call the law office or email to bheine@mail.smu.edu

Hey guys! I just graduated as INt. LLM from SMU last May, and I just took the NY Bar on July, I can help you with anything, I also want to offer some of my books for sale if any of you are interested. You will have to take a class in American Legal System and will need two of the books I am selling for sure since the class is required for all the INt. LLM, I can help you with Bar info and professor if anyone is interested. By the way... I am form Mexico.

Hi,My name is Wladimir and I would like to buy your books. Which are they and how much do you want for them? Do you still living in Dallas? I'm already in Dallas. And also, I would like to receive all the information for the NY Bar. When did you start to study for the NY Bar? Since did you were at the SMU? If you would like, you can email me (meskelis@uol.com.br) or call me here in Dallas, 214 240 3154.

My name is Wendy. I am selling each book for 30 and I have 2 now, the Legal Research that will be required and the Constitutional Law which will be required too. You can go to the SMU bookstore in Mockingbird lane by the stadium and you can see the books you will need for each subject you are planning to take. YOu will have preference over everybody else when picking you classes so you will pretty much can be sure of the books you will need. I also have the book that you will use if you take Perspectives of American Business, a class only for LLM's and is about Corporations and Partnerships. I want 60 for that one, you will notice that the books are really expensive and it is good to get them used.
I live in the area, not too far from the school (20min drive) and let me know if you need anytthing.
About the bar, it is wise to take classes that are bar classes that will make everything easier.
