Hi Everybody,
Currently I am doing Bachelors in Law in India and planning to do LLM. But I am not sure about the scope of LLM abroad. I want to do LLM from USA or AUS. I will appreciate if you guys can guide me about which place is best to do LLM (USA or AUS). And how is the job market for an international student after LLM.
Thanks in Advance.....

The chance for a foreigner to land a job in US is nearly zero, even with an LL.M. degree, unless you are extremely good and in an extremely good time. It is highly competitive. and it's the truth though harsh.

Hi. I am from Italy.
I just wanted to say that many Italian friends of mine that are pursuing LLM in top 30 law schools have already got a job. I feel that JDs feel threatened by international LLM students. Of course it is harder for us find a job in the US for many reasons but the "genious" that stated that "the chances to land a jobis nearly zero for international LLM..." is wrong...or at least...his statement is arguable...
Peace.

Very much arguable. I have e-mailed with alumni at my school and several landed jobs. And that is not even a top 10 school. But, I guess the meaning of those posts is to make people have lower expectations and less disappointment if they don't land a job. After all, we can't all get jobs ;)
