i have researched into this - off the top of my head (may or may not be accurate):
NYU, Harvard, Yale, Chicago, UCLA, George Washington, Georgetown, Cornell, Michigan.
Do double-check though!

no problems. Did you apply to any this year? Why not attending? :)

I did...to HLS and NYU, but got rejected.
I got accepted to berkeley (but no fin.aid) and to UofMinnesota (50 % tuition waiver). But I will defer my admission to next year. (several reasons, one also the financial aspect)
Where are you going Gregor?

hey!
HLS and YLS - rejected. Chicago waitlisted.
UCLA accepted (no fin aid), Cornell, Mich, NYU pending.
Most probably deferring as well. I have no funds :(

why don't you attend the school with 50% fin aid? you want to go to a better school with fin aid?

well its more the reason because of my final state exam. If I hadn't that I would go to the UofM this year... oh well..

If it helps...I didn't ask for financial aid at the moment I applied, but after that, with some changes in my life, it would be very difficult to pay full tuition and then I asked for financial aid after being accepted at Umich, UVA, UCLA and Chicago.
got a partial grotius in Umich and partial tuition waiver in UVA. No financial aid from Chicago e UCLA told me they can give me answer only after/if I enroll.

Georgetown does not give any financial aid to international students.

Thats not entirely true. There are very limited scholarhips for internationals.
