Hi everyone, I am starting to look at tax LLM programs and was hoping to get some insight as to where I might be able to get in.
I went to a bottom tier law school and graduated in the top 1/3 of my class (though my GPA is low, because we had a C curve). I have been out of school for about 5 years and have 1.5 years working in-house at a small corporation and then 3 years at a firm doing predominantly estate planning/probate and business law.
I never took a tax course but have had a fair amount of experience with tax as pertaining to estate planning, which is the area that I'd like to advance my career in.
What schools do you think I could get into? Thanks in advance.
