Don't mean to argue but I guess you didn't read/understand what I asked for.

I don't mean send me your current SOP that you're ready to submit. I didn't expect anyone to send me such a thing anyways. I was more looking for a framework as it applies to LL.M. I am sure there are people out there who have their friends' SOP (used some years back) or synopsis to generate good SOP for LLM programs.
Anyways, thanks for making me aware that I will not get an SOP that I can submit tomorrow.

Try scanning google, there are lots of websites with samples, articles, feedbacks, opinions and etc... you should also look for articles of how it should be written, I mean the language, font, approach and etc.
Basically, by doing this you could get the idea of how it should look like.
