Hello,
I applied to several schools on their deadline dates.
I saw how some of you already received admissions letters.. and while it may be obvious that I would be getting a reply later, would this mean that I would have to wait until the official results are out? I'm getting nervous...
Your kind replies are greatly appreciated. :)
Good luck to all of us!

Hi!
I think that there is no way of knowing when your particular admission email will arrive, but you can surf through old threads in order to get an idea of when decisions are usually made by each Uni. The app tracker can be useful for this purpose too since there you will be able to see when people who applied on similar dates got their answers on previous years.
If you applied on the deadlines it means that you won't be part of any early review process, but it doesn't necessarily means that u will be the last one to get an answer. When you are notified seems to depend on several factors like your credentials, your country, the specific program you applied to, the total number of applicants, etc.
So, there is not really much you can do for now, just join the ranks of those of us anxiously waiting
Good Luck!

Hi,
The schools with earlier deadlines take longer to respond as a general rule. That includes Yale, Harvard, Columbia and NYU (which generally send offers by March-unless you applied for the early review). The others tend to admit on a rolling basis and would send their offers within 1 week to 1 month from the time you complete and send your application. Hope that helps.

Thank you very much. Does this mean that I will also be getting rejection letters if any on a rolling basis too? or for that, do I have wait for the end? Do you know?
Thanks.
Thanks.
