Ranking LLM in Real property

mstlaw

Hello!
Does anybody know what LLM in real property is better ranked? The one offered by University of Miami or John Marshall @ Chicago?
If any of you have or are taking this LLM I would appreciate your inputs/thoughts.
Thanks,

MSTlaw

What did you find out? I was just accepted into U of M Real Property LLM. But I decided based on other factors and the JD ranking. Let me know what you found out.

Hi, everyone!

I'm interested in LLM in real estate as well,
but I can't find any programs except UofM and John Marshall!! I can't believe it...

The matter has already been under discussion here, look.

Are there any more? May be not real estate development in particular, but something concerning real estate and property in a whole?
I'll keep searching.

Alexei.

I don't know of any formal rankings for this program, except that it is highly recognized in the real estate industry by Urban Land Institute, Nat'l Assoc. of Homebuilders, & Nat'l Assoc of Realtors.

I'm an alumnus (LL.M. Real Property Law, '96). With industry professionals, it opens doors and confers almost automatic credibility on a graduate.

Feel free to email w/any questions/concerns. The LL.M. faculty includes practicing attorneys as well as developers, architects, and nationally-renowned industry professionals.
