Professors NYU. Help!

Hi everyone

I have been trying to find someone that can tell me if the classes and the professors I chose for my corporate ll.m. program are OK, too difficult, if it is too much, etc and tell me if there is a site where I can find out what previous students think about the professors.:
Fall:
Contracts with Buchanan
Corporations (5 credits) with Kahan
Banking law & Regulation with Miller
Surveys of Securities Regulations with Choi

Spring:
Mergers and Acquisitions with Choi
Financial Instruments and the Capital Markets A. Rechtschaffen
Entertainment Law with R. Schwartz and N. Gordon
Commercial Law with K. Davis
Venture Capital with DeWolf
