Hello there.
I am looking for advice. Ultimately, I would like to work for top DC or New York law firm. I have a love for international law, particularly human rights law, but figure that will most likely be a pro-bono interest bc of the narrow job market in that area. I am contemplating the possibility of a future academic or think tank track.
Will an LLM help? And if so, which one?
In May 2006 I will be graduating from a mid-tier U.S. law school. My grades are quite good (top 10%), but do not have a law review under my belt (I had started out as a part-time student, so I was unable to grade on after my first year since I did not have enough credits, then after my second year, I had too many credits to grade on.) I am currently attending school in the mid-west.
I appreciate your advice!!
