I was wondering do u have to write "Personal statement" or "motivation letter" as a heading to ur personal statement?
And r u supposed to sign it saying "sincerly urs" or :"best regards" etc?

Ummmmm this is a pretty minor point and I dont think it will really have any effect on your admissions chances. That being said just put a heading on top calling it whatever they call it in the application materials. As for signing it, it isnt a letter it is a personal statement.
Seriously is this really bothering you, did you think they would reject you for this minor thing? Be sure your spelling in the statement is better than your spelling in this posting.
