I read http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/grad/rankings/law/brief/lawsp01_brief.php) that the dispute resolution LLM program in this university is the best one in America. But in the same rankings(overall) it is 77th university.
Should I go for the brand names and apply only to ivy leagues or should I forget about these rankings and choose this university over the rest?
thanks

hey...I had a similar query. I just posted it a while ago. Was just wondering whether you managed to solve your dillema? And if you did, do you have any suggestions for someone who is facing the same problem?

Hello Vera,
I was just cheking the site when found out you replied to a message back in Aug.
I was accepted at Pepperdine to the LL.M in Dispute Resolution....did you apply to the same program??
What did you end up doing...did you apply IVY league schools or did you settle for pepperdine....
I just came back from Malibu and went to Pepperdine to check out the school, faculty and alumni and I have to tell you that I solved my dilema I know 90% sure I will take Pepperdine's offer....the staff is very kind....the program as everybody has said is the best one in the US....so if ADR is your thing I thing you should consider PEPPERDINE....
Tell me more about what you have found or are planning to do....
Regards
