I applied for a LL.M. at Pepperdine. So now I need some helpful advises on housing, etc. How is Pepperdine? Is is very religious? How is the workload? Any information on the fellowship program offered there?

Why Pepperdine? I think they are very good in arbitration and the location: MALIBU! I'm guessing the workload must be the same as in any other Law School and the housing must be expensive considering your going to be living in paradise.
