As you will probably already know how US News ranks these programs, you should ask yourself: Why shouldn't I choose UPenn? One reason may be that you prefer small cosy campuses in the middle of nowhere (Cornell), or you love the Californian sun and living in a large, bustling metropolitan area such as L.A. (USC, UCLA). Another important question to ask would be which field of law you want to specialize in.

Have you been accepted to all of these schools?

yes. I was accepted to the four of them. The main issue that interests me is employment in USA after graduation.

I don't know if this can be of any help, however: A Berkeley and USC American alumnus told me that USC, although a great school, has the drowback of being located in a less than pleasant part of L.A.

Dam is right, USC is in a much less nicer part of LA. I used to live in LA and USC is in Ecko Park , hot LA, whereas UCLA is in westwood with an amazing campus. About Penn, you know its Ivy League, ranked 7th by US School rating or sthg.
All of them are great !!!! It depends on what you wana be specialized in ...hope it helps! Congrat congrat congrat !!!

If you're concerned about career opportunities, then I tell you this : recruiters rely on US News rankings. Go to a top 10 school in the US News ranking.

USC is not recommended because only local Californian firms will consider you. UCLA is a better choice than USC but you are still limited. Cornell would be better than these two choices, but as Crash said, you are in the middle of nowhere, and it is not in the top 10. As everyone else is saying, getting a job is difficult, so do yourself a favor and go to a school which is both an Ivy and in the top 10 in US News. Penn is obviously the best choice, in terms of rankings, prestige and future opportunities.
