I have a big dilemma: UPenn with no aid or University of Virginia with a partial grant. What should I do?

Penn: Ivy League and Wharton....

No matter how you make your decision, Ivy League or not definitely should not be a main factor.

I don't know your plan after your LLM and your interests. So I will say UVA b/c it's a great law school with great tradition and reputation. So is Penn but money speaks.
