. And my situation is similar. I uploaded at the beginning of December - everything stayed similar. I was accepted at Georgetown and USC, and also waiting for UPENN/ HLS/ SLS/ Columbia and Berkeley. I hope these schools will decide earlier than mentioned on their websites because I should decide about USC before 1 April.Same here ! My status changed to UR3. Has anyone else moved to UR3? Any idea if it is a good sign or a bad one?
My status has never had either UR1 or UR2 but this is the third time the status date has changed. It is now 1st Feb 22. Probably the same thing. Applied under the regular cycle.

Same here! My status went straight from "Application Incomplete" to "Application Under Review". The status date changed at least twice and is now 1st Feb 22.

I think what they meant about UR1 or 2 is the date change. But the status remains “under review”. Mine stays on 18 Jan and hasn’t changed.
