I received admission notice by email from Penn on Feb. 26 and paid the deposit on Mar. 2. But I haven't received any further documents (I-20 for example) from them.

we must have the admission ID to log in the I-20 form application website. Penn told me via email that the ID will be available within a couple of weeks. I hope they can release it before April.

so Lawthinker you haven't received anything from them as well after the admission notice. I haven't heard from them since then.

I thought they at least should send us more documents with details on for example what's the next step as most schools will do.

I received the fat envelope with the official admission letter and the other documents, I had a quick look at the courses, I am seriously thinking of accepting their offer....
However, I am still waiting to hear from UvA, NYU Berkeley and Georgetown, but I guess that the fact that I have not heard anyhting so far is not that good news, since from what I read in the posts all the above have already released their decisions..
