Dear all,

I am currently enrolled in the Northwestern LL.M. and leaving on May 15. I live in a two bedroom apartment at 420 E Ohio St (the monthly rent is of $ 2184, which is a very good deal for Chicago standards, more considering the unit has washer and dryer). I am interested in leaving it to a new LLM in NU or Chicago, maybe with the furniture (TV, queen size bed, chairs, sofa, etc.).
