NYU Which program???

I am looking to apply to a corporate governance LLM program in NYU, which do you believe is the most adequate for foreign lawyers?

1) Corporation Law Program

2) International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration

I've seen that in the electives of the second one, you still can take Corporate Governance, but still have the doubt, can someone give me some lights about this?

Is the thesis requirement the main difference??

In order to get a detailed reply, I believe it would be better if you sent an email to the NYU admissions office.

Jack13, have you applied to NYU?

I am looking for a former student's perspective, I've seen that the only specific corporate governance subject is in the IBRLA LLM.

Thank you anyway, I'll send a mail to the graduate admissions office.

I was admitted last year. I had to turn down the offer though. I cannot probably help you any further, sorry.
