Has anyone heard back yet from NYU? I understand historically they take longer than Florida or GT. I applied sometime last month.

Got rejection letter on Friday at 6 pm, Oct 23rd. Didn’t apply to any other schools as I believed my application was strong enough to get into NYU.

I got an email this morning stating my application was complete and that it would be sent to the Committee on Graduate Admissions. I applied back in October. Has anyone else gotten this email? I noticed in the general LLM thread that foreign JDs had also been getting similar emails recently.

I applied back on 10/09 and received the completed application email on 10/16. Hopefully we´ll hear back soon

Has anyone heard anything? I applied early January and still have not received confirmation that my application is complete. Is that normal? I applied to a few other programs and they had a decision for me within days.

You're likely in for a wait. I applied on 10/1 and haven't heard back.

I applied in September and was admitted this Monday.

Thanks! Most likely. I received an email letting me know my application was complete a few days after I applied.

Just for clarification for anyone else in a similar position, I received an email a few days after the acceptance regarding scholarship. I will say the deadline to accept any scholarship is fairly short, so be prepared as to what your decision will be.
