There is no mention of awarding a scholarship in my admission letter, it definitely means that I haven't got it? Have you been selected for a scholarhip?

I think they mention scholarships in the admittion letter, you are notified for everything in the same letter. But if you have questions,I guess you can also send them an e-mail or call them and ask in order to clarify that.

Same here, unfortunately, and I have not received any answer from Columbia yet! This is taking them too long.
Could someone please tell us,how does Columbia work financially? What are the chances of getting any assistance at all,and what is the maximum amount one can possibly get?

I hear last year one of the Hauser scholars was notified at the end of May - was it because smn other rejected the scholarship?

Zelda,I think this might be possible. If someone rejected a scholarship,I guess someone else will get it.

i think that the people who're not getting any kind of financial assistance from columbia have already been notified...because i read on this very forum that someone got a mail from columbia saying that they would'nt be giving him'her any aid....so people who have'nt been told anyhing means that they're being considered .....i was told my columbia that by mid april they would let me know and then i could make my deposit. Just another 10 days or so.
