I know this may sound like a stupid question but, if my deadline for payment is April 15th, it means I can still pay until the end of that day, right? At least until the last business hour of the 15th?

Does anyone know how long does it take to process?

Should be fine, I don't think the universities are that bothered as long as you've told them you are coming - they wont kick you out just because you were a few hours late.
