What is the probability of conversion of waitlist to confirmed status?

Hi, S.J. According to the admission office they are not able to provide us that information as it depends on several factors which variability are not predictable.

Hi,
I called them yesterday and they said all the answers should be coming out this week.

I also have an unrelated question. Should one be accepted, do you think the person can delay the masters by one year, i.e. begin it in 2019 rather than 2018? Thanks

Oh great! Thanks a lot!

As far as deferal is concerned, the FAQ that is sent in the email states that accepted waitlisted candidates cannot defer their admission.

Thank you S.J.
I guess, the only possible way to defer the acceptance is to not be on the waiting list

Thank you for your answers ! I just sent an email to NYU with an update of my transcripts, they answered very fast but did not give me any information about the evolution of the waitlist ... I hope we will have an answer before June 14th !

Congrats. Im still waiting to hear back from the Tax program. No waitlist or any other communication received. Did they give a deadline to accept?

Edit: I was waitlisted today.
