Has anyone been rejected by NYU? I am wondering if not hearing from them till now indicates potential rejection/waitlist :/

I suppose the rejection would be issued after admission. I am not sure how NYU deals with the order of admission, but it seems like right now all the people admitted have professional experience, so I guess for those applicants who are students, the decisions would be issued by next week

I don't think that is the case, I have 2 friends who were accepted as seniors in college, one of them got accepted this year and I am sure many others in this situation also received admission.

I think scholarship decisions are not out yet. Aren't they all merit based? How can we ask for need based scholarship, is there a separate application process?
