I just got admitted into the LLM in Trade Regulation. It strikes me as odd and fairly stupid that they require exclusively PC's (especially since I just bought a Mac Power Book a few weeks ago that beats most PC's in terms of performance and security). So, does anyone know how strictly this is enforced? I mean, if it is just to get on teh wireless network, a Mac can do that just as easily. I think it may only have to do with the exam software being PC-based. But if anyone has any insights, please share.

I think you should contact NYU so as to get more info. In Georgetown they accept either PC or MAC.

many nyu law students use mac. Contact the school - I'm sure you won't have to get a PC.
