Hello,

I have just received the letter from NY BAR saying that I am ineligible to sit for BAR. I was told that I am two credit hours short of the six credit minimum under Rule 520.6 (b) (3) (vi) (d).

Has anybody been in this situation before? I wonder if I can take a summer school and fulfill the requirement?

Could you please elaborate on your situation. My colleague, graduate Japanese University, made a petition to the Court of Appeals in NY and finally be admitted by BOLE as a result of the Court Order.
