I'm sending all my documents ( deadline is the 1st of october for the july exam...).

However I do have a question, when do we have the answer from the NY commission that says you are eligible for the NY ?

Hello, Assuming you are sending all your documents by October 1st you will receive an answer before the actual application period which is April 1 to April 30.
April 1 to April 30 is when you go online you sign up for the test and pay the fee.
