Northwestern or UMichigan? (Corporate)

RVS

Hi everyone,
I'm a lawyer working with corporate law and M&A transactions.
I've been approved with very good scholarships from both Northwestern Pritzker and Univesity of Michigan (Ann Arbor). The total cost is almost the same, considering the scholarships.
Both seem to have great programs and are located in very exciting places - which one would you say is a better choice overall?
Thanks!
