Hi everyone.

I'm wondering whether I have to complete the Kira Interview before the application deadline (Jan. 15)? Do I have to submit the application several days prior to the application deadline (Jan. 15) and complete the Kira interview before that date? Or I can just submit by the deadline and complete the interview even after the application deadline, but before the interview deadline (14 days after the interview invitation)?
