Rebecca Tushnet (IP) has accepted an offer from Georgetown; Harvard has offered Daryl Levinson (con law), adding to their outstanding offer to Richard Pildes (con law, voting rights); and Noah Feldman (con law, Islamic law) has an offer from Yale.

Bad news for those admitted to NYU, but good for others in the three.

The news is also proof of how good NYU's faculty is. Competition between law schools in obtain excellent professors are normal; and when some leave, some come too. God knows how many excellent professors will come to NYU soon!

I must say it is a good point that is so scare in ths boring board.
