Hello:
Just curious, as the wait is killing me: has anyone received admission from Michigan? If so, when and at what time did you submit your application?
Thanks and Good Luck!

I was admitted last week into the International tax program. Any one else here also applied or admitted to this program?

Is anyone admitted planning to enroll already? I'm really wondering, I was admitted to USC already and waiting for a few others. Obviously, UMich is better in terms of national rankings but I'm really torn. Anyone have more information on the program?

Don't even think about USC when you've got Michigan in the bag. It's not just about national rankings -- Michigan is the sweetheart of American law schools.
There's the legendary library for one, which is far prettier than anything at any US law school (Yale, Harvard included)
Starting this year there's the newly renovated Lawyer's Club as well. Top notch accommodation located centrally -- just look through the pictures ! https://www.law.umich.edu/lawyersclub/Pages/default.aspx
As far as LLM programs though, Michigan has always been one of the cutting edge schools in terms of international appeal/especially comparative law. You can see evidence of this in things like the Grotius Research Scholar program, the institute for comparative law, etc.
The student body is way nicer and less stuffy than peer schools as well.

I'm in. Just received the admission e-mail. Now I have a difficult task: select one university among Northwestern, Cornell and UMich. What would be your choice?

If I were you, I would choose UMich for sure. Northwestern sent a huge amount of admissions this year as far as I know; UMich is much more prestigious then Cornell I would say.

In addition, the Lawyers' Club at UMich looks amazing. Check it out on their website.
