I got my admission email from michigan on friday night.

Does anyone have any idea when michigan makes decisions regarding financial aid? Did anyone admitted last year get aid? It looks like financial assistance will be the deciding factor for me!

Can anyone tell me when to acccept decisions for Michigan?? The question has arisen because i was of the opinion that the decisions are intimated in mid-march or april but i see that someone has been accepted in September..So kindly do clarify the same..

I have sent my application documents by the end of December and up to now I have not even received an email confirmation.
Do you know how they confirm completeness? Also I sent them many emails and they never reply. Not very nice!

I got an email last week saying that my transcripts needed to be updated. Which I did. Thereafter I did got an email confirming that my application was complete.

you got accepted already? the e-mail notification told me I would learn about my admission march-april.

No I did not get accepted, just the application is complete. They also gave the march/april time frame.

got rejected by Michigan already. i inquired via email and they said that they already sent the rejection mails by post.

Got my admission at Michigan just now: it's a great honor, since I consider it one of the finest schools in my field.
The e-mail (very kind, indeed) does not specify a deadline for acceptance.

I submitted my application Dec. 27; however, my letters of recommendations were sent separately later (around Feb. 5). Received a completeness confirmation Feb. 13. I'm interested in academia, particularly Comparative Constitutionalism, Human rights and Public International Law. Despite rankings Michigan is particularly well regarded by academics in my country.

Got a letter of admissions last week for the Michigan Int. Tax LLM. Very excited. I got an email of completeness of application in early January (I applied on Jan 3).

To those who got admitted: Did any of you already get a tuition waiver / financial aid etc. from UMich?

I received my acceptance letter today (didn't get an email before though...), but no word on financial aid etc.

I dont know why they didn't send me an email. I was waiting for an email as well.

Nici: as for my e-mail, I think they sent it to me only because I told them beforehand that I wouldn't be in my country during this period.
