Looking for a Masters program for my fiancee in USA which has job guarantee

My fiancee is a B.S.L. L.L.B. graduate from India. I am currently searching for a masters program from a US school for her that would guarantee her a job in USA upon completion of the program. I have heard that patent lawyers or law students specializing in IPR get a job much easily. Is this true? She is even ready to change her area of study i.e. go for MBA or other relevant fields. Please suggest me what could be done in this case?

It will be virtually impossible for her to get a job in the US after her LLM (or MBA). She will lack the visa to work here on a permanent basis. Further, if her English language skills are lacking that will be a huge impediment.

I am trying to get her here on a student visa and not a dependent visa. Are there any other courses that she could go for?

Marry her first. Then bring her over. But understand that if she aspires to professional status in this country she is facing a long hard slog with no guarantees. Her Indian degrees mean next to nothing here.

Thanks a lot for the information to both Danteshek and Terkiana and more importantly for the motivation :-)
