The uncertainty is indeed irritating.

I sent them an email asking about the status of decisions. They replied very amicably that "the majority" of their "decisions for our LLM programs have not been finalised yet", but "should be forthcoming soon".

Yes. I cannot wait much longer.. at this point I think is very hard to receive an admission letter..

It might be that offers are all given out, and they send rejections later in April. Just my guess, though.

I sincerely hope we hear by the end of tomorrow for LST. Any later and it is getting past "early April 2016" as described on their website.

Tomorrow is my deadline for them.. After that I am going to sign with Berkeley.. It is impossible to wait more and frankly is very hard to understand why they are taking so much time since all the other universities have sent an answer.

No I have had absolutely no contact from Stanford (no phone calls, no emails, nothing) until an email at 3.30pm on Thursday 7 April Palo Alto time informing me that I was wait listed for the LST program and that I had until 21 April 2016 to inform Stanford whether I wished to remain on the wait list.
