i am a law graduate from India and i am looking for some guidance regarding pursuing LLM from some university in USA and work opportunities with law firms after LLM and do i have to clear the bar exam to work at some law firm in USA after completing LLM.

I think that you should do a bit of research and then come back here if you have any specific questions. Typically, a JD is a better route if you're looking for jobs in the USA after graduation. And most foreign lawyers who sit for a US bar don't actually pass (according to this article, at least: http://www.llm-guide.com/article/607/7-reasons-why-lawyers-do-an-llm)
