I am taking the LLB program through Wolverhampton University Distant Learning Program (ONLINE). It is my understanding that most states will accept a sole LLB if 1) The student can prove the equivilant to a U.S. JD. 2) That the student obtain an LLM from a U.S. Accredited School.
Does anyone have any idea how states view Distant Learning Law Degrees?
PS: I donot have an undergraduate
