Could anyone recommend me LL.M. in IP?
I´m 25. I got my master´s degree on the law faculty in the Czech Republic this year. I studied abroad, I was a trainee here and there (e.g. law office in D.C., PR, newspaper, production in the theatre, culture centre in Berlin). I have kind of a full CV but not much of experience in the actual law praxis. I would like to choose an university in New York, however I know that most of good IP LL.M.s are in Cali. I am very committed to this aim but I´m not sure if I stand a chance.

I would recommend you to (at least) just try to apply. There are a lot of people without any actual prior legal job experience who are succesful in applying. A lot depends on your general profile (e.g. rankings, type and allure of previous employer, recommendation letters,...)
However, I would indeed recommend Berkeley or Duke for IP-law.
