LL.M. at USA - Request Advice

Suneel

My daughter has done B.E., (Electronics and Communications) and secured 90% in aggregate from India. Subsequently she has completed LL.B.(Hons) and LL.M from India and secured First Rank in LL.B (Hons) and LL.M. In both UG and PG law degree she secured 78%. Now she wants to do a further LL.M in USA. Having had this academic excellence, 1) whether any chance to get fee waiver for LL.M in reputed Law Schools in USA.? 2) Since her basic degree is engineering, how about doing LL.M in intellectual Property Law in US and job opportunity after competing LL.M in USA?
