Hi everyone, my wife and I are thinking to spend a season in USA (we are living in Chile right now). She is from Seattle, WA and she was accepted in her Master (Teaching English as second lenguage) in Seattle.
I'm a corporate attorney working for an american insurance company here in Chile and I'm thinking to study my LL.M in USA.
My dilemma in this sense is:
-How good is UW School of Law? the best specialized area?
-Oportunities to find an internship or job position as international student or attorney?
-Prestige of UW?
Thanks!

UW is a well-regarded school, especially in the Northwest. The law school is particularly strong in intellectual property law. Regarding the possibility of an internship, it is tough to say. There are many companies in Seattle and they might like to have a South American lawyer on staff to assist with their overseas matters.
