Hey.. Yes i am from india.. from symbiosis law.. i have applied to HLS, NYU, Berkeley, Texas, Chicago, Boston C.. Got through Texas and Boston C.. Waitlisted in Chicago.. Still waiting for NYU..

I am not sure about GWU.. NYU has already started enrolling... decisions are still going to be made all through next week i think. Berkeley and HLS have not made their decisions yet.. Hope tht helps..

GWU is ranking 3rd for it's IPR LL.M...!!!

hey that sounds pretty good ... u have a well rounded resume ..... a lot of schools look for that ....
work ex is important for some schools but others might overlook it ...
id say uve got a pretty good chance...

I have stayed away from listing my "credentials" so far, but I think I'll do it now:

B.Com - Ist Class - Mumbai University;

LL.B - 56% - Mumbai Univeristy;

2.5 years of international tax work exp at two of the top law firms in India;

1 year of research work for book on indian environmental laws & policy;

6 international publications (5 on international taxation, 1 chapter for book on sustainable development)

Applied to HLS, NYU, CLS;

Thus far: rejected, waitlisted or accepted by none.

Please don't!!!
