1) Starvation in Africa is caused by dictators (civilian or otherwise a la Mugabe, Gaddafi, Abacha, Rawlings, Obasanjo, Eyadema, Mobutu, Mubarak, Kerekou, Nyerere...you get the drift), corruption, lack of political courage and, of course, ''unethical'' foreign policy (failure of the West to settle the Lancaster House Agreement in Rhodesia, money laundering on behalf of African dictators by Western banks, support for bad regimes and legal and illegal arms trade (by the West) used by dictators to suppress oppositions).

Blessed, blessed, dearest brother Bender, Jesu the happiness of man is working miracles right there. Watch Zuma (the inevitable next president of South Africa and Obama (there could be no claim of Western imperialism with the president-elect as he's a son of the soil) sort out the mess with Mugabe.
