If you are looking for prestige solely, NYU. NYU and GULC are very costly. UF is relatively cheap, the cost of living in Gainesville is cheaper than DC or NYC. UF is #2 in the country, behind only NYU. Where did you get scholarship/aid, if any? Go where you can get the best deal.
