I am a South African Advocate and am interested in working in the US.
Is it advisable to write the bar exam and hopefully obtain employment or should I rather obtain a LLM with the idea that I could always write the bar exam sometime in the future? Do I stand of being employed if I get a LLM?
Also, what are the prospects of being employed if I enrol for the distance learning LLM?
