Hello everyone, I am just enquiring if anyone has received an offer from NYU@NUS yet. I applied over two months a go but have yet to receive a reply. Does anyone know the time frame which they usually issue the first set of decisions since it is done on a rolling basis? Thanks guys and girls.

I think it depends (that's such a typical phrase for lawyers ;-) ) It could be a full tuition waiver, but it could also be only a partial tuition waiver. At least that's how I interpret "up to" in the following statement of the NYU.

The Committee on Graduate Admissions will award a limited number of Hugo Grotius Scholarships and Arthur T. Vanderbilt Scholarships, which range up to full tuition, to outstanding candidates for LL.M. degree studies.
