i think it's better to give TOEFL than IELTS....

well abt job prospects in US is quite high u'll get internship in legal firms and under some solicitors bt if u want to practice there u hv to clear the bar examination in UK too.
scotland univ. are providing u 2 years work permit bt u have to search for the job by urself........

I dont think information sharing on Orkut is that gr8 an idea ( No offence meant)....Orkut is a frivolous,a fun thing(I love it though)...LLM guide discussion board is suitable enough to serve our purpose...It is more "stick to business" sorts...Besides we get a lot of usful info. on this site...

You mentioned the job prospects in the US for llm students are very high. Are you sure? A lot of people have told me quite the opposite. Infact after reading various discussions put up on this board apparently recruiters dont prefer foreign lawyers.
