Professor Duncan Kennedy has interesting insights on the fundamental injustice that is inherent in global capitalism. His colleague David Kennedy knows a lot about theory of international economic law. Chris Desan, on the hand, can teach you something about rhetoric of capitalism. The best teacher of black-letter law of international economic law is - who? Please help BostonGlobe on this. I only know about history and theory.
