Would that be the same for LLM? I'm just a bit confused because the LLM figures for 2007-2008 are total expenses of $63,000.

Could it have gone up $9,000 in just four years???

Yes....law school tuition seems to have no top limit in the USA. We're burdening our young people with increasing debt, many times the rate of inflation. And if I sound like some tuition-protestor, I'm not, it's just a sad fact.
